SPXPlay Research Aggregate Data License v1.0

This custom, restrictive license applies only to aggregate research statistics that VantureCap explicitly publishes on SPXPlay research pages. It does not license the underlying market data or the game’s scenario-level records.
1. Licensor and version
The licensor is VantureCap. This is version 1.0 of the SPXPlay Research Aggregate Data License, effective July 24, 2026. A later version applies only when a SPXPlay page expressly links to that later version.
2. Covered material
“Covered Material” means the aggregate counts, rates, percentiles, grouped profit-and-loss summaries, and aggregate charts expressly published under spxplay.com/research/.
3. Permission
VantureCap permits you to view the Covered Material, link to its canonical SPXPlay page, and quote brief excerpts for commentary, education, journalism, or research when you identify SPXPlay and link to the source page. This permission is non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable for breach, and does not transfer ownership.
4. Restrictions
Except where applicable law independently permits it or VantureCap gives prior written permission, you may not:
- scrape, bulk extract, reproduce, republish, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the Covered Material as a dataset or as a substitute for the SPXPlay report;
- use the Covered Material to reconstruct scenario-level records, individual dates, quote histories, option chains, or price series;
- remove attribution or imply that VantureCap endorses your work; or
- use SPXPlay names, marks, or branding except for factual attribution.
5. Excluded material
No rights are granted to raw or row-level market data, option-chain data, OHLC series, individual scenario records or dates, game payloads, source code, models, internal methodology implementations, third-party content, or trademarks. Third-party source data remains subject to its providers’ licenses and is not distributed by this license.
6. No warranty
The Covered Material is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Historical aggregates are educational descriptions, not forecasts or investment advice.
7. Relationship to the site terms
The SPXPlay Terms of Service continue to govern use of the site and Service. If this license conflicts with those Terms, the more restrictive provision controls. Questions or permission requests may be sent to support@spxplay.com.
