This page is for the SPX Playbook Trainer website and browser game at spxplay.com. For help with the standalone iPhone app or its App Store purchase, use the separate iOS app support page.

Contact Website Support

Email support@spxplay.com for website gameplay, subscription, billing-access, advertising, or privacy questions.

Protect your information: never email your full payment card number, card security code, email password, or SPXPlay recovery key. We will never ask for those items by email.

What to Include

Your browser name and version, device type, and operating system.
The page or action where the issue occurred and what you expected to happen.
The exact error message, if one appeared.
A screenshot if useful, after hiding personal or payment information.
For billing-access help, the email address used at Stripe Checkout and the approximate purchase date—never your card number.

Restore Pro Access

If you already subscribed, open the trainer and choose Already subscribed? Restore access, then enter the private recovery key shown after your purchase. Treat that key like a password and do not share it.

If you lost the key, email website support with the Stripe Checkout email address and approximate purchase date so we can help verify the subscription.

Manage or Cancel a Subscription

SPXPlay Pro is $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

When Pro access is active in your browser, choose Manage subscription in the trainer to open Stripe's secure billing portal. You can update your payment method or cancel renewal there. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Subscription prices, renewal terms, and the refund policy are described in the Website Terms of Service and shown again before payment.

Local Game Data

Practice stats, progress, and settings are stored in your browser's localStorage. Clearing spxplay.com site data removes those local stats and the Pro entitlement cookie from that browser, but it does not cancel a Stripe subscription. Use your recovery key to restore Pro afterward.

Free and Pro Access

Free play includes the 10-round game mode. Pro unlocks the longer session lengths and stays ad-free. Google AdSense is currently under review, so ads are not yet active; if free-tier ads launch, Pro subscribers will not be shown them. Website subscriptions and ads do not apply to the iOS app.

SPX Playbook Trainer is an educational simulator. It does not place trades, connect to brokerage accounts, or provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
